These Rules define the interaction procedures for members in the DP Smart Community — an international community of mutual gifts on the TON blockchain.

Getting Started
Before starting participation in the Community, complete several mandatory steps.

Core Principles of the Community
DP Smart is an international community of mutual gifts on the TON blockchain. This is not an investment, not network marketing, and not a commercial company. Make sure You understand the following principles.
| • | The Community does not accumulate members' funds. The bot and smart contract do not store or control Your USDT. |
| • | All gifts are sent directly — from one member's wallet to another member's wallet. Without intermediaries. The smart contract guarantees execution of transfers. |
| • | There is no possibility to "invest" funds in the Community. No interest rates, no guaranteed payouts, no profit promises. |
| • | Members voluntarily send gifts to other members. |
| • | Sending a gift does not guarantee receiving gifts from other members. The result depends on personal activity and the activity of other Board members. |
| • | It is impossible to regulate the timeframe for receiving gifts. |
| • | It is prohibited to use borrowed funds as gifts. |
| • | Before sending a gift, the bot asks eight questions. Each answer confirms that You understand the rules and are making an informed decision. |
| • | The technical team does not profit from members' gifts and are equal members of the Community. |
| • | There are no referral rewards in the Community. No monetary bonuses for invitations. No percentages from invited members' gifts. No multi-level accruals. |
| • | There are no advantages for those who registered earlier. All members are equal. DP Smart has a peer-to-peer system without pyramidal hierarchy. |
| • | The bot is a set of rules and algorithms that connects members for interaction. The smart contract automatically manages the process. No manual confirmations — everything is automated. |
| • | Participation in the Community is exclusively voluntary. |

Invitations serve two functions: filling Boards (the more members on Your side — the faster the split) and qualification (the number of invited members determines how many times You can become a Recipient). Invitations are a tool for movement, not a source of income.

Entering the Board
Entering the Board is the process of placement on the gift tracking Board. In DP Smart, this process is fully automated through the smart contract.
Entry Procedure
| 1 | Balance check The smart contract checks whether You have enough USDT to enter the Board. The wallet must also have a small reserve of TON for network fees. |
| 2 | AML check The platform automatically checks USDT cleanliness: source of funds, absence of connection to suspicious addresses, compliance with international standards. The check does not require transmission of personal data. |
| 3 | Questions before entry The bot asks eight questions: checking for space with mentor, warning about blocking, confirmation of readiness to gift, irreversibility of gift, waiver of guarantees, fund reservation, voluntary actions, smart contract replenishment. |
| 4 | Gift reservation The gift amount is placed in the smart contract. A 15-minute timer starts for making the final decision. |
15-Minute Timer
After You take the Giver position, a 15-minute timer starts. This time is sufficient to look around the Board and make a final decision. Three possible scenarios:
| 1 | Manual sending. You press "Send gift" — the gift instantly goes to the Recipient. |
| 2 | Auto-sending. You do nothing. After 15 minutes, the smart contract will automatically send the gift. |
| 3 | Exit. You press "Leave board". The gift returns from the smart contract (minus network fee), and You receive a temporary block. |

Auto-Confirmation of Gift
The Recipient does not need to manually confirm receipt of the gift. As soon as the smart contract transfers USDT from the Giver to the Recipient's wallet — the gift is automatically considered confirmed. This eliminates waiting, human factor, and time zone differences.
Sequential Board Activation
Board activation occurs sequentially. Access to the next level opens after sending a gift at the previous level.
| • | The first 9 levels (from Starter to Platinum) are available for activation immediately after entering the Community. |
| • | Starting from Emerald (10th level) to Titanium — access opens only after receiving the corresponding amount of gifts, or when the 2nd and 3rd gifts arrive on the previous Board. |

The rule protects members from the desire to jump above their capabilities. The upper Boards are reached by those who have already passed the path and received gifts at previous levels. Gift with ease — receive with pleasure.

Board Placement Algorithm
When You enter the Board, the bot automatically searches for a place according to the following algorithm.
| 1 | Mentor's Board The bot searches for an active Board of the same gift amount from Your direct inviter. Condition — the mentor must be active and have no blocks. |
| 2 | Duplicate check If You have already been on the mentor's Board on one of the sides and it did not split after Your exit — the Board is skipped. You go to the next higher mentor. |
| 3 | Compression If it is impossible to get on the mentor's Board, the bot scans the mentor tree upward for 10,000 levels and places You where there is a free space with an active mentor without blocks. |
| 4 | Early Board If there is no one within 10,000 levels (extremely unlikely scenario) — You go to the earliest open Board of the Community of this gift amount. |

When You are a Recipient, You decide which side Your invited members enter from. Three modes: Auto (default — evenly), Left (left side first) and Right (right side first).

Board Split
Splitting is the key movement mechanic in the Community. It occurs separately for each side of the Board.
| • | Boards split by halves — left and right sides independently of each other. |
| • | When four Givers on one side have taken all positions and all gifts have been successfully sent — a split occurs. |
| • | The Creator becomes the Recipient of a new Board. Builders become Creators. Givers become Builders. 8 new positions for Givers open. |
| • | Left and right sides can complete the cycle at different times. |
Activity
In DP Smart, there are two types of activity. Both are necessary simultaneously for full participation.
Global Activity — 48 Days
| • | Confirmation that the member is developing the Community. |
| • | Invited a new member to the Community — received 48 days of activity. Invited another one — the timer refreshed. |
| • | Gives the right to become a Recipient on the Board. |
Current Activity — 48 Hours
| • | Confirmation that the account is "alive" and the member is in touch. |
| • | Enter the bot and press any buttons at least once every 48 hours. |
| • | Works only with Global Activity present. |
⚠️ "Sleeping" Status
If the Global Activity period has expired (more than 48 days without invitations) or Current Activity (more than 48 hours without pressing buttons in the bot) — the member transitions to "Sleeping" status. Consequences:
• Invited members when entering the Board go to the next active mentor (exclusion from compression).
• When the Board splits, a "sleeping" member is never placed in the Recipient position — the nearest active member overtakes them.
• In the Recipient position, a "sleeping" member is temporarily replaced by a system account.
• The bot pauses sending notifications (silence mode).

Qualification
Qualification is an indicator of the number of possible placements in the Recipient position. It stimulates active participation and fair movement.
| • | Formula: how many of Your invited members sent a gift on a Board of the same gift amount — that many times You can become a Recipient at this level. |
| • | Qualification is spent only when You become a Recipient, and only at the level where Your partners gifted. |
| • | The rule applies at all levels — from Starter to Titanium Board. |

Movement to Recipient
When the Board splits, the algorithm automatically determines who will take the Recipient position. The bot sequentially checks members by three criteria: activity (not "sleeping"), absence of blocks, presence of qualification.
Standard Scenario
If the Creator passes all three checks:

Overtaking Scenario
If the Creator did not pass the check by at least one parameter:
| 1 | Stage 1 — checking Builders. If one passes and the second does not — the first becomes Recipient. If both pass — the Priority Algorithm activates. |
| 2 | Stage 2 — checking Givers. If one passes — they become Recipient. If several — the Priority Algorithm activates. |
Priority Algorithm
When two or more members claim the Recipient position, the bot decides automatically:
| 1 | Personal partners on this Board Priority goes to the one who invited more active partners on the Board of the current level. |
| 2 | Depth of participation If equal result — the bot compares the number of partners on previous Boards, from current down to Starter. |
| 3 | Registration time If equal result on all Boards — priority goes to the one who registered later. |

Those who have been in the Community longer had more time to develop their team. Therefore, in equal conditions, the algorithm supports newcomers — this helps the Community grow and attract new active members.

Gift Distribution
The algorithm automatically distributes received gifts, advancing You through Boards on the path to the Titanium Board.

💡 Auto-entry and 12-hour timer
When gifts #2–3 are reserved — You receive a notification. You have 12 hours to enter the next Board manually. If You don't enter — the bot automatically initiates entry and sends the gift for You.

Temporary Block
The algorithm automatically applies temporary restrictions to maintain discipline on Boards.
What Triggers a Block

| • | Board entry unavailable. |

⚠️ Block affects all Boards
A block on one Board affects all Your positions on other Boards. If You are a Recipient on Board A and received a block for exiting Board B — when a new Giver enters Board A, the algorithm will detect an active block, temporarily remove You from the position, and direct the gift to a system account.

Early Unblock
If You want to return to the process without waiting for the block timer to end — early unblock is available.
| • | Cost — 150 USDT. Funds go to the Community development and support fund. |
| • | The smart contract accepts the service fee, the timer resets, access to bot functions is restored. |
| • | The violation counter is not reset. Early unblock does not cancel the fact of violation — it allows You to return faster. |

Permanent Block
To protect the Community and members' interests, permanent account blocking of violators is provided.
Grounds
| ✗ | Insults, threats, or toxic behavior in public chats. |
| ✗ | Organizing third-party schemes — "live queue", pools, attempts to bypass the algorithm. |
| ✗ | Aggressive recruiting to other projects within the Community. |
| ✗ | Deliberate actions harming the Community or members. |
Consequences
| • | The wallet is added to the smart contract blacklist. |
| • | Any interaction with the platform completely ceases. |
| • | Participation on Boards and receiving gifts becomes impossible. |
| • | Permanent block has no expiration date and is not subject to removal or review. |
The decision is made by the Community team or based on voting results of mentors and partners based on documented actions.
Multiple Accounts
Creating multiple accounts by one person is prohibited by Community rules.
| • | The algorithm is initially designed so that even when creating multiple accounts, Board movement remains fair for active members. |
| • | Each account must maintain activity. Without activity, the account receives "Sleeping" status and is automatically overtaken by active members. |
| • | If one person creates multiple accounts but cannot maintain activity on all — such accounts provide no advantage. |

Account and Wallet Recovery
If You lost access to Your Telegram account, faced wallet key compromise, or are switching to a new wallet — there is an option to recover Your account without losing history and status.
| • | Cost — 150 USDT. This is a one-time service fee. |
| • | Submit a request to technical support and pay the service fee. After that, the re-linking procedure in the smart contract starts. |
| • | Gifts and positions are not lost. Re-linking does not affect Your movement. |
