This page describes the Rules of the DP Smart Community: blocks and unblocking, multi-accounts, account and wallet recovery, Telegram and Tonkeeper security, communication rules, and correct terminology. Knowledge of these Rules protects you from mistakes and helps you participate in the Community comfortably and safely.
Temporary Block
The algorithm automatically applies temporary restrictions in certain situations. This protects the Community and maintains stable Board movement.
Reasons for Temporary Block
| 1 | Self-Exit from Board You left the Board within the 15-minute technical window after entry. After sending a gift, exiting the Board is impossible — the process is already complete. |
| 2 | Recipient Replacement You were assigned as Recipient but did not confirm activity. To maintain Board movement, the algorithm temporarily replaces the Recipient with a system account. |

After 10 minutes she changed her mind and clicked "Exit" — before the 15-minute technical window expired.
Result: Anna receives a block for 72 hours (first time). All her positions on other Boards are also frozen — she cannot be a Recipient anywhere.
If Anna had waited until sending the gift — exit would have become impossible, and there would have been no block.

Block Duration
The duration depends on the number of such situations since registration:

A block on one Board affects all your positions on other Boards. If you are a Recipient on Board A and received a block for exiting Board B, when a new Giver enters Board A, the algorithm will detect the active block. You will be temporarily removed from the position, and the gift will go to the system account.

Robert is active on three Boards: Starter, Bronze, and Silver. On Silver he is already a Recipient and waiting for gifts.
On the Starter Board, Robert decided to exit within 15 minutes — received a 72-hour block.

Permanent Block
To protect the Community and member interests, the bot provides for permanent blocking of violators' accounts.
Grounds for Permanent Block

How the Decision Is Made
Permanent block may be applied by the Community team or based on voting results of mentors and partners. The decision is made based on documented actions.
Consequences

Multi-Accounts
Creating multiple accounts by one person is prohibited by Community Rules.

The algorithm is initially designed so that even with multi-account creation, Board movement and gift receipt remain fair for active members.

Account and Wallet Recovery
You can restore access to your account or change the linked crypto wallet without losing history, achievements, and status in the Community.

Telegram Account Protection
Recovery is a last resort. It is much easier and cheaper to prevent loss of access. Follow these recommendations:

This is fraud. DP Smart technical support never sends such messages and does not request authorization codes.

Tonkeeper Wallet Protection
Your wallet is your access to gifts. Loss of the secret phrase means loss of funds without possibility of recovery.
